Despite mainstream media depictions, all men aren’t hot in the pants and refusing to wait for marriage to have sex.
33-year-old Gospel recording artist Kevin Levar says, before his bride walked down the aisle to marry him, he was committed to his vow of purity.
“I didn’t want to be a hypocrite singing and ministering in front of people and then my life wasn’t what I was singing about.”
Though some statistics show that as high as 80 percent of unmarried young adults, ages 18-29, are having sex, Levar is living proof that there are some who are willing to make the sacrifice.
“My wife was actually a virgin when we got married and I had been celibate for 15 years,” he said.
